SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY.


Evaluation and Registration
---------------------------

EasyBubble offers you a new alternative to Mark Sense Bubble Entry marks submissions.
EasyBubble is a Mark Submission Tool.  It is not a Mark Management Tool.
EasyBubble can assist a Teacher in electronically filing their  Marks to SAS independent
of the Teacher's choice of Marks Management Tools or Styles. Whether you are a Markbook,
ClassMarks, Thinkwave or  any other Marks Management Tool user, EasyBubble will assist
you to seamlessly submit your marks without using Scantron Marks Submission Sheets.

This version of EasyBubble has been made freely available to Secondary Teachers of
York Region District School Board (here after called YRDSB).  Support in the use 
of EasyBubble within YRDSB will be offered to those school's who
register their use of EasyBubble with us. By doing so, you will need your 
school's Administration, SAS Secretary, Teacher Site Administrator and a designated 
lead teacher of EasyBubble to be onside. Should training be required, we are prepared 
to offer your inschool EasyBubble team training at MMHS. Your designated Lead Teacher, 
then will become your school's lead trainer of EasyBubble.

A school EasyBubble Team is comprised of a Teacher Site Administrator, a Mentor 
EasyBubble Teacher (that is not the Teacher Site Administrator), SAS Secretary
and the support of your school Administration (A school Administrator is encouraged
to attend the EasyBubble presentation).

While individual teachers and schools may acquire the latest copy of EasyBubble,
if you continue to use EasyBubble beyond evaluation, you are required to register your
school with Milliken Mills High School and form an EasyBubble team within your school.

EasyBubble Software contains no hidden means of access whatsoever, either via remote 
access or on the physical server.
